Terms and refunds
What you are buying, how delivery works, and your rights if something goes wrong.
Who we are
Erridoxs is run by [ADD YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], [ADD YOUR TRADING ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETAILS REQUIRED FOR UK ONLINE SELLERS]. You can reach us through the contact page.
What you are buying
Erridoxs sells digital products, such as illustrated guides and downloadable packs. Nothing is posted to you. The description on each product page says what is included.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken by [ADD YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER], which has its own terms. [CONFIRM WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE VAT.]
Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you get access to your download straight away. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Your right to cancel
For digital content, the usual 14-day right to cancel can end once your download starts, if you agreed to start straight away and accepted that you would lose that right. [CHECK THE EXACT WORDING AND THE CHECKOUT STEPS YOU NEED, THEN CONFIRM THIS PARAGRAPH.]
Faulty or misdescribed products
Digital content must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what we described, contact us. We will fix the problem or refund you. [ADD ANY EXTRA REFUND POLICY YOU WANT TO OFFER.]
How you can use what you buy
- You may use your purchase for your own projects.
- You may not resell, share or give away the files themselves, alone or as part of another product.
- The guides, characters, screenshots and code listings are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.
- [SAY WHAT BUYERS MAY DO WITH THE STARTER PROJECT AND ANY ART OR AUDIO PACKS, SUCH AS USE IN GAMES THEY SELL.]
Tools, costs and results
Our guides refer to tools made by other companies. Those tools have their own prices, terms and rules about what you can do with what they produce. They can change, and credit costs in the guides are approximate. You are responsible for checking them before you use or sell anything. We do not promise any income or result from using our products.
Independence
Erridoxs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Higgsfield or the Godot Foundation. Product names belong to their owners.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law, or any responsibility we cannot lawfully limit.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase. [CONFIRM GOVERNING LAW, FOR EXAMPLE ENGLAND AND WALES.]
